Living a high-stressed, but typical, life resulted in me having a heart attack. After realizing the cause was Stress, I searched for a 'cure'. That 'cure' is learning how to deal with the stress, which is just one factor. The life we've created is filled with many stresses, what stresses me may not stress you. So we must find our own unique 'cure'. This is a very important part of being Healthy. My goal is to help you make the right choices for the healthy changes you seek.

 

Support is sometimes lacking today, as your Health Coach I act a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As a stress & heart attack survivor, we will find stress relieving techniques that work for you. A revolution is under way, people want healthier choices. I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you. Be aware, change is only as hard as we make it. This can be the most rewarding time of your life!
