Though she ate right (so she thought) & exercised, "How could I have a heart attack.", she thought. As she laid in her hospital bed, she searched for answers. Going through the events of her life. That search lead her to the answer, STRESS and what causes it. She then found the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she studied & learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; everything from Ayurveda, gluten-free, and Paleo, to raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.
Her education has equipped her with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Having dealt with great loss, depression, & extreme stress resulting in a heart attack; "I've used these methods, techniques & theories, to transformed my own life."
