Healthy Change is Your Choice

       About Me

As your coach, I put the power back in YOUR hands.

Tracey Battle is a Health Coach, Best-Selling Author, Presenter & Mom. Her decision to become health coach developed as she searched for answers after suffering a heart attack. Though she ate right (so she thought) & exercised, "How could I have a heart attack.", she thought. As she laid in her hospital bed, she searched for answers. Going through the events of her life. That search lead her to the answer, STRESS and what causes it. She then found the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she studied & learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; everything from Ayurveda, gluten-free, and Paleo, to raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.

Her education has equipped her with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Having dealt with great loss, depression, & extreme stress resulting in a heart attack; "I've used these methods, techniques & theories, to transformed my own life." Drawing on her expertise & life experiences, she works with clients like you to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. Her goal is to help you develop coping skills to deal with life's ups & downs. Testimonial: "In October 2016, my PCP placed me on medication the bring down my blood pressure. It was elevated, with average of 178 / 115. I didn’t display any of the symptoms – headaches etc. and I exercise quite regularly, both strength and cardio. I am 5’11’’ and at that time weighed 218 -220 lbs. I began to monitor my bp, but even with medication it was still high.

I had a conversation with my heath coach, Tracey and she recommended trying an elimination diet which would consist of removing certain food items from my diet. Since it being the thanksgiving and Christmas holidays right around the corner, I told her I would start on January 1st 2017.

I completed the month, with a few hiccups, and did a weigh in (drumroll please). I am now at 208lbs and on a visit to the doctors last Wednesday February 15th, my bp was 134/84!!!!! I am making this diet permanent. Thanks for your help Tracey......" P. Jackson
